How do I book the pool party venue?
+Booking is easy! Click our online calendar to see available dates, select your preferred date, fill in the registration form, and pay the R1,000 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining R1,200 is due 14 days before your party.
What happens if it rains on the day of the party?
+No problem! Our pool is fully enclosed and heated to 30-32°C, so your party goes ahead rain or shine. That's the beauty of an indoor venue — no weather worries, guaranteed.
Can I bring my own food and birthday cake?
+You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake and party packs. However, all other food and beverages must be provided by Easy2Swim unless otherwise approved. We offer kids combos from R85 and adult platters from R159.
Is there a lifeguard on duty during pool parties?
+Pool safety and supervision of children is the responsibility of parents and guardians. We recommend at least 1 adult supervisor per 5 children in the water at all times.
How many children can attend a pool party?
+Our standard package accommodates up to 20 children comfortably. If you're expecting more guests, please contact us to discuss arrangements and additional requirements.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
+The R1,000 deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available date. The remaining R1,200 balance is due 14 days before your event. Since our pool is indoors and heated, weather-related cancellations are not necessary.
What time slots are available for pool parties?
+Our standard booking time is 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (2 hours). We can adjust to earlier or later slots depending on availability. Extra hours can be added at R600 per hour.
Where can parents wait during the pool party?
+Parents can relax at our on-site coffee shop while keeping an eye on the kids. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cappuccino and catch up with other parents while children play safely in view.
