The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher who is passionate about water safety, stroke development, and inspiring students of all ages. The ideal candidate will have:
✅ A qualification from Swim South Africa (SSA) or, ideally, STA (Swim Teachers Association UK)
✅ Experience in Learn to Swim, Stroke Correction, and competitive swimming coaching
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to think outside the box
✅ A love for teaching and working with children
✅ A positive attitude, dedication, and the ability to motivate swimmers at all levels
✅ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
