Are you passionate about swimming and teaching? Do you want to make a real difference in people’s lives? Easy2Swim, a state-of-the-art swimming facility in Gordon’s Bay, is looking for a qualified Swim Teacher to join our team!

About Us:

At Easy2Swim, we offer a wide range of swimming programs, including:

• Baby and toddler swimming classes
• Learn to Swim for all ages, including adults
• Stroke Correction and competitive swim training
• Community outreach projects, where we teach 120 disadvantaged children weekly to reduce drowning rates
• Integrated school swimming lessons for Grade R to Grade 12 students from our private school on-site

Our mission is to provide top-quality swim instruction while making swimming accessible to everyone. We believe that even one child lost to drowning is one too many.

The Role: 

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher who is passionate about water safety, stroke development, and inspiring students of all ages. The ideal candidate will have:
✅ A qualification from Swim South Africa (SSA) or, ideally, STA (Swim Teachers Association UK)
✅ Experience in Learn to Swim, Stroke Correction, and competitive swimming coaching
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to think outside the box
✅ A love for teaching and working with children
✅ A positive attitude, dedication, and the ability to motivate swimmers at all levels
✅ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
