We welcome babies from 6 months old in our Parent & Baby classes. The earlier children are introduced to water, the more comfortable and confident they become. Our classes: Mom/Dad & Me (6-24 months), Toddlers (2-4 years), Learn to Swim (5-7 years), and 8+ years.
Our heated indoor pool is maintained at a comfortable 30-32°C year-round. This ensures children never shiver during lessons — even during Cape Town winters!
Every child progresses at their own pace. With consistent weekly lessons, most children achieve basic water safety skills within 2-3 terms. Children attending twice per week progress significantly faster.
