While our terms and conditions might appear complex at first glance, they're quite straightforward. Our primary request is timely payment for the services we provide. If you decide not to continue with us, simply inform us ahead of time. As a small business, we dedicate our efforts to providing excellent service rather than chasing overdue payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth operation.

  • β€’ Classes are as per the schedule shown above.
  • β€’ The prices shown are for a full month's classes @ R70 per class.
  • β€’ Your minimum commitment to classes is ONE month, and the cost that goes with that month.
  • β€’ Fees will be calculated on the number of classes for the month, ie four or five Tuesdays and Thursdays. For example 5 x Tuesdays would be 5 x R70 = R350 for that month. You are required to pay the FULL month's fees. Any part payments will result in all of your classes being cancelled for the month, without any options for a refund.
  • β€’ We are closed on public holidays and you are NOT charged for those days.
  • β€’ If you join part the way through the month you will automatically be billed the pro rata rate for the remaining days in that month.
  • β€’ Classes will be cancelled without notice if FULL payment is not received in advance of your FIRST class by EFT or card swipe on the day of your FIRST class.
  • β€’ Your class/es will automatically renew each month. We will send you out a statement for each month. In order to cancel your class/es for the following month you need to let us know before the 1st of the month.
  • β€’ If you are unable to attend a class on the day that you booked you can arrange a makeup class at some time in the future with the instructor. You must be enrolled into classes in order to qualify for a make-up class.

Everything you need to know before your first class

Do I need to know how to swim? +
No swimming skills required! Our water aerobics classes are conducted in shallow water where you can always touch the bottom. The water typically comes to chest or waist height, making it completely safe for non-swimmers.
What if I'm completely unfit? +
Perfect! Water aerobics is ideal for beginners. You work at your own pace, and the water supports your body weight, making movements easier. Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels, and you'll gradually build strength and stamina without strain.
Can I join if I have arthritis or joint problems? +
Yes! Water aerobics is actually recommended for people with arthritis and joint issues. The buoyancy reduces stress on joints by up to 80%, while the warm water helps relax muscles and reduce stiffness. Many of our members joined specifically for joint pain relief.
What should I bring to class? +
Just bring:
  • Comfortable swimsuit (any style)
  • Towel
  • Water bottle (optional but recommended)
  • Swimming cap
We provide all exercise equipment including water weights, noodles, and kickboards.
How much does it cost? +
Classes are R70 each, billed monthly. You can attend as many or as few classes as you like - no minimum commitment required. Your first class is FREE to try, and we offer package deals for regular attendees.
Is the pool heated? +
Yes! Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 28-32Β°C year-round. The warm water helps relax muscles, increases circulation, and makes exercise more comfortable, especially for those with arthritis or chronic pain.
